Patrick
R. Kitchin,
President of Investigation Logic, Inc., is a graduate of The University
of Michigan Law School and has practiced law in California since
1992. Kitchin has a strong medical science background and a wide
range of experience in civil litigation, from automobile, pharmaceutical
and medical products liability to business and real property litigation.
Before forming Investigation Logic, Kitchin was associated with
Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold's products liability group. Kitchin now performs investigations for lawyers throughout California, from locating and interviewing fact witnesses to evaluating liability and damages
allegations. He also performs legal assignments for Investigation
Logic's clients through his independent law office.

Clarke Fortner, Vice President of Investigation
Logic, Inc., is an award winning broadcast news veteran, with over
30 years of investigative experience. His business and journalism
background has honed strong analytic and interview skills that bring
a unique strength to Investigation Logic's work product. Before
joining Investigation Logic, Fortner was President of Business Broadcasters,
an electronic media news service.
